Anna Fleming Neely
Anna Fleming Neely is an award-winning interior designer and founder of AV Interior Design, a full-service firm specializing in bespoke residential interiors for elite clientele. With over 15 years of experience, Anna is known for her highly personalized approach, technical expertise, and ability to deliver timeless yet distinct spaces that reflect her clients’ unique visions.
Her projects span the country, with notable work in Naples, Pebble Beach, Coeur d’Alene, Dallas, Asheville, and Vermont. Portfolio highlights include a penthouse in Kalea Bay, two residences in Mystique, four model homes in Fiddler’s Creek, and numerous estates for private clients.
Anna’s design philosophy centers on collaboration: she believes good design exists in all styles and should reveal—not impose—a client's identity.
She also earned a Presidential Citation from the ASID South Central Chapter and was the national winner of ASID’s Emerging Professionals Competition. Additional accolades include Most Outstanding Portfolio and the James Isola Interior Design Award She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The University of Southern Mississippi, a CIDA and NKBA-accredited program.
Prior to launching AV Interior Design in 2017, Anna gained formative experience at Lawler Design Studio and as Design Assistant to Nancy Corzine at her renowned Los Angeles factory and studio.
She is highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRay, Lumion, and Photoshop—tools she continues to use daily to translate vision into reality.
With a portfolio built on excellence and discretion, Anna remains personally involved in every project—ensuring that each space is as refined and functional as it is deeply tailored to the individual client.
Anna and Josh have one son and when not working are traveling, spending time with family and friends, and working on their own personal design projects.

Jordan is an essential member of the AV Interior Design team, contributing to both the creative and operational sides of the firm. With a background in cosmetology and years of experience building lasting client relationships, she brings a thoughtful eye for detail, exceptional organization, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful client experiences.
Working alongside the design team, Jordan is involved in all aspects of the firm's daily operations, supporting project development, client communication, design coordination, and the countless details that keep projects moving seamlessly from concept through completion. Her versatility and collaborative approach make her an invaluable resource throughout every stage of the design process.
Outside of the studio, Jordan and her husband are raising three sons, balancing sports and home life with the same dedication, warmth, and work ethic she brings to every project.

His expertise in custom millwork, architectural trim, and finish carpentry allows AV Interior Design to deliver highly customized spaces where thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship come together seamlessly.
Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality, Uriah plays an integral role in translating design concepts into beautifully executed homes.
Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time fishing in the Florida Keys.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi, and is a retired firefighter. Josh has founded numerous companies across a spectrum of industries.
With a background in operations and hands-on oversight, Josh supervises site activity, coordinates with vendors, and ensures that installations are executed with accuracy and attention to detail.
When he's not managing job sites or running his business, Josh enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors with his family. Josh and Anna met in college and are married with a son.
