We specify furnishing packages customized to individual requests and needs. We source from an ever-expanding list of vendors, and frequent market/seminars to be sure that we’re aware of the latest offerings. 

We specialize in custom millwork and cabinetry packages that include ceiling and wall details, kitchens, bathrooms, bars, wine displays, and more.

We customize electrical plans and lighting design packages to meet individual project needs.  

We work with numerous development groups to establish finish selection offerings for new multi-family developments. We build finish line-up packages within given parameters and budget requirements that accommodate any desired level of customization. This can include single selections with no options, preset designer-curated groupings, or buyer-customizable lineups. 

We work with various builders, architects, and developers to create bespoke interior packages for spec houses. Our goal is to provide the development team with methodically curated selections and FF&E to ensure the end user is provided with a truly custom finished product that has every detail covered.
